Buy Nothing Day is a non-partisan form of civil disobedience.

It is a powerful message to those that oppress our civil liberties. We can be heard! We need to remind those in power that they work for us, we do not work for them!

The idea is to show the powers that be that collectively, we have a lot of power. Remember, there is 300+ million of us. If enough of us decide to purchase nothing, they will have to pay attention.

Let this country act as one and send a powerful message to those that think they are in charge.

Remember,  they work for us, not the other way around.
